Function/Position objectives
The Client Data Management Officer is responsible for processing client documentation and administering client data, ensuring data completeness and correctness throughout the life-cycle of the clients in the Bank.
Responsibilities
  • Reviewing and approving all account openings for both Legal Entities and Natural Persons, ensuring smooth operational activity for the clients
  • Supporting and interacting closely with our Relationship Managers, enabling them to further develop and grow their business
  • Managing physical and electronic static data throughout the life-cycle of a client
  • Implementing data governance and master data management best practices
  • Verifiying clients' signature on documents and instructions
  • Developing deep understanding of the Bank's processes, products and services
  • Providing excellent service to all units of the Bank
Profiles
  • Banking apprenticeship or relevant university degree
  • Knowledge and experience in Private Banking processes and account openings and maintenance
  • Sound knowledge of CDB, AML, FATCA/QI and CRS regulations
  • Strong prioritization, organization and analytical skills are essential
  • Reliable team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and perform under pressure
  • IT affinity, experience in working with Avaloq is advantageous
