Function/Position objectives
Our bank is entrusted with the function of custodian bank for various renowned Swiss Funds. Several dozen funds of both traditional and real estate funds are thus monitored on a daily basis and compliance with financial market legislation in order to ensure the protection of investors.
Together with our motivated and committed team you can build a bridge between the legal requirements and the operational transactions of the individual funds - all in the best interest of the investors.
Contributing to the review of fund contract changes, coordinating capital transactions and regularly interacting with internal and external counterparts are also part of the broader range of tasks that compose a challenging and multifaceted area of responsibility.
  • Manage daily/weekly/monthly/annual controls including recalculation of the net asset value and the issue/redemption prices of the units
  • Verify weather the payment transfers, investment decisions, income distributions and the processes of capital increase, mergers, liquidations are in compliance with the relevant acts and regulations
  • Coordinate onboarding process in case of new/changing mandates
  • Review new/changing contracts in cooperation with the Legal department
  • Coordinate the regulatory audit conducted by the external auditors in accordance with the provisions of Art. 27 Financial Market Supervisory Act
  • Several years of experience in banking/financial sector or 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, accounting or controlling role(s) in a highly regulated industry
  • Accounting/finance qualification is an advantage
  • Fluent in German and English, French is an advantage
  • Good MS Excel knowledge, Avaloq is an advantage
  • Strong numerical, analytical and data handling skills
  • Accurate, reliable and independent working method even under increased workload
  • Knowledge of CISO, CISA, FinIA, FinSA, FinSO, AMAS is an advantage
