Assistant Relationship Manager Private Banking - Team Benelux (Ref. 1867)

Function/Position objectives
As an Assistant/Internal Relationship Manager you support the Client Relationship Manager in overall day to day tasks. In addition you are responsible for account openings, other documentations as well as preparing client meetings, client reviews, handling risk management, issue management and direct point of contact for clients.
Responsibilities
  • Support the CRM in administrative and commercial activities
  • Administrative tasks in client openings and other documentations
  • Prepare client meetings and reviews
  • Monitor client portfolios and issues
  • Risk management
  • Credit monitoring
  • Direct point of contact for clients
Profiles
  • Bachelor/Associate degree in Finance/Economics or completed bank apprenticeship or similar banking education
  • First relevant work experience in the banking and asset management sector
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Profound IT-affinity, in particular MS Excel, MS Word, Avaloq are a plus
  • Reliable, capable of working independently, self starter and systematically meeting deadlines
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, German and French are a plus
