Client Relationship Manager Wholesale
Function/Position objectives
As CRM Wholesale Switzerland you are responsible to promote and distribute JSS investment funds products and represent the brand towards banks, wealth managers and family offices.
Sales Process:
  • Maintain an existing client base of mainly 2nd and 3rd tiered clients in the Swiss German Switzerland Speaking part
  • Make proactive outbound calls to existing and new clients to sell JSS investment capabilities
  • Efficient organisation, ownership and after-sales follow-ups of client meetings
  • Liasing with PM/Product Specialists, Marketing and Product Department to give effective coverage of client needs
  • Maintaining and feeding CRM systeme (Avaloq)
  • Coordinate and customize marketing product updates and thought pieces to send to prospects to gain interest and build relationships
  • Hosting client meetings at our competence centres, e.g. Zurich, Geneva or Basel to strengthen client relationships
Strategic marketing planning:
  • Proactively contribute to the yearly client marketing strategy (e.g. roadshows, client conferences, events)
  • Preparation of management reports to reflect new business effort
  • Liaison with various industry organisations (e.g Friends of Funds)
Knowledge and experience:
  • At least 3-5 years of Sales experience in a similar position within an Asset Management company with experience of cold calling to attract clients
  • Proven track record of Sales history and ownership of client relationship building
  • Good knowledge and experience in dealing with Wholesale clients and understanding of their selection process and products which could be sold to them
  • Knowledge of the Swiss market fund industry with ideally international mind-set
  • Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Related professional exams or studying towards CFA
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Analytical, problem solving and solution driven
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Team player with intellectual curiosity to challenge others and to share knowledge
  • Energy and Drive
  • Native speaker of Swiss German is a must, fluent English is required
