Function/Position objectives
As the Client Reporting Subject Matter Expert you are group-wide responsible for all Run and Change-the-Bank activities for Client Reporting and Output. You have a deep understanding of Client Reporting best practices and state-of-the-art technology solutions, and plan, implement and continuously improve the Client Reporting group-wide. You act as interface between the Front/Business, Management and IT.
  • Lead the Competence Center Client Reporting with functional responsibility for one employee.
  • Maintain and further develop the Bank’s Client Reporting taking into account the Bank’s digitalization initiatives in the interaction with clients, as well as business and regulatory requirements.
  • Align and collaborate with Business, Management and IT stakeholders to run a state-of-the-art Client Reporting.
  • Act as key contact person in the Group for Client Reporting, including advising and supporting stakeholders on related topics.
  • Take end-to-end responsibility for assigned topics - including business analysis, specification, user testing, roll-out, communication and training.
  • Conduct regular controls of the Client Output to ensure it adheres to the high quality standards of our demanding clientele
  • University degree in business or any other equivalent education in business or finance.
  • Several years of professional Run & Change-the-Bank experience in the field of Client Reporting / Client Output and related processes, ideally in a banking environment.
  • Deep understanding of financial instruments and related risk and performance figures & calculations.
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills, reliability and assertiveness, ability to work with various stakeholders.
  • Self-motivation, independent working style and ability to prioritize;
  • project management experience is an advantage.
  • Avaloq knowledge is an advantage.
  • Excellent writing skills in English and German and very good communication and presentation skills.
